I don’t know about you but I get angry, stressed out and frustrated at times. Often people asked me about how to deal with anger. The fruit of my wrestlings with anger has been extended periods of freedom and release from it’s anxiety and the intensity of it’s fits. I think everyone gets angry. There is good anger, there is bad anger, and there is the dealing with anger. For some anger expresses itself outwardly in some sort of aggression. For others anger expresses itself inwardly in some sort of withdrawal. Both are effects of anger. Here are my private journal entries that resulted from bouts with this particular affection.
